Delays attributable to couriers, customs, or force majeure.

6. Shipping and Delivery Times

We ship to the countries offered at checkout; other destinations are unavailable.
Delivery times depend on the supplier and the customer's location.
Transit times vary by destination, carrier, customs and product availability. Any delivery estimate is not a guarantee.
The store is not responsible for delays, losses, or damage caused by the courier.
The customer will receive a tracking number once the supplier provides it.

7. General Provisions

The store acts as a commercial intermediary between the customer and the supplier.
Final responsibility for the product lies with the manufacturer or supplier that provides it.
By completing a purchase, the customer expressly accepts these terms.
