1. Nature of the Service

Our store operates under the dropshipping model. This means we do not store or ship products directly: we work with suppliers and wholesalers who handle the storage, packaging and shipping of the order to the end customer.

Therefore, the store does not offer its own warranty on the products sold. Any coverage for manufacturing defects is subject to what the manufacturer or supplier determines, and our store acts solely as an intermediary to facilitate contact.

Important: By making a purchase, the customer accepts that they acquire the product with the understanding that the store does not respond for defects or failures, and that any claim must be addressed to the corresponding manufacturer or supplier.

4. Returns and Refunds

Returns are not accepted for defective, damaged, or non-working products, since the store does not offer its own warranty.
Only cases of wrong product (different from the one ordered) or order not received will be evaluated, provided the customer reports it within 7 calendar days after reception.
The customer must provide photo or video evidence of the received product to start any claim.
The store does not refund for change of mind, wrong size, unexpected color, or any reason other than an error directly attributable to the store or the supplier.
If a refund proceeds, it will be processed within 5 to 15 business days after the case is validated.

5. Non-Covered Cases

The store does not cover or respond for:

Defective products or items with manufacturing failures.
Damage occurring during shipping (hits, breakage, moisture).
Misuse by the customer.
Unauthorized intervention on the product.
Natural wear from use.
Accessories and consumables (cables, chargers, cases, batteries, etc.).
Apparel: wear, stains, discoloration, or damage from improper washing.
Minor differences in color, tone, or appearance compared to the site photos.
Delays attributable to couriers, customs, or force majeure.

6. Shipping and Delivery Times

We ship worldwide.
Delivery times depend on the supplier and the customer's location.
The estimated time is usually 5 to 20 business days, and may vary depending on the destination and product availability.
The store is not responsible for delays, losses, or damage caused by the courier.
The customer will receive a tracking number once the supplier provides it.

7. General Provisions

The store acts as a commercial intermediary between the customer and the supplier.
Final responsibility for the product lies with the manufacturer or supplier that provides it.
By completing a purchase, the customer expressly accepts these terms.
These conditions may be updated without prior notice; the current version will be the one published on the site.
Any dispute will first be resolved through direct contact with our support team.
